Sponsor Levels

The IA Institute is offering many great sponsorship opportunities at the 2008 IDEA Conference. Web marketing, networking, exhibits, and partner discounts are all available. Sponsors are featured on both IAI and IDEA websites, reaching over 300 attendees, 1800 members, 2500 newsletter subscribers, and 100 plus daily website visitors.

Platinum - $2000 Day Sponsorships
One sponsorship available. Have your company name and logo prominently displayed in exhibit hall as coffee break sponsor for the day. Your company will be mentioned in opening session, receive a vendor table in exhibit room, two free passes to conference, listing as Platinum Sponsor on both IDEA and IAI websites, and mention in the IAI newsletter.

Gold - $1000 Exhibitor Package
Set up a table in our exhibit room to promote your company or product. An excellent opportunity for book sales, product demos, and recruiting. Receive 2 free registrations as well as listing on IDEA and IAI websites and IAI newsletter.

Silver - $500 Web Marketing Package
Listing on both IDEA and IAI websites as marketing sponsor with additional spotlight in the IAI newsletter.

Sponsor a Networking Event

We know that breaks are the busiest and sometimes most productive time in many conferences. As a sponsor of coffee break or evening networking event, you will have an excellent opportunity for recruiting new employees, promoting your product, or raising awareness of your organization. Both opportunities are flexible; we will work with you to find the right space and tone.

Coffee Break Sponsor - $750
Your company's logo prominently displayed in coffee area, materials distributed at an exhibit table, and mention on both IDEA and IAI websites.

Networking Event - $ at cost
As an exclusive evening event sponsor, your company will have direct access to conference attendees. Your name will be on everyone's twitter cast making it an excellent time for recruiting and promoting your company. For just the price of space and refreshments, your sponsorship will have maximum impact among our guests. Networking event sponsors will also receive web marketing on both IAI and IDEA websites, mention in opening session, space in the IAI newsletter, two free passes to the event, and an exhibit table. With even better premiums than platinum, we're calling this package the Titanium sponsorship.

Partner Discounts

Offer a discount on your membership, registration, or product to IDEA attendees and we will offer a discount to your members or clients in return. Please contact idea2008@ideaconference.org to discuss terms.
